This series offers you a range of benefits as it explores traditional hatha yoga alongside the contemplation of yoga ethics (Yamas & Niyamas) including – kindness, truthfulness, contentment, cleanliness, discipline, and self study. The classes blend yoga education, mindfulness, and a range of postures for toning, flexibility, and balance. You will engage body and mind in learning of greater self awareness and balanced living. Beginners to yoga are welcome!
