This series offers you a range of benefits as it explores six wellness themes: posture, balance, core strength, pranayama (breath awareness), mindfulness, and empowerment. The classes blend traditional hatha yoga, education, somatic movement patterns, and mindfulness. The classes will give you tools and resources on the topics of each theme and leave you feeling balanced in mind and body. Beginners to yoga are welcome!
