These videos are recordings of live classes at In Balance Yoga. The recordings are edited and uploaded to let you sample the styles of classes offered at In Balance Yoga and also to provide you with the option of doing the classes at home when Zoom or in-person attendance does not work.

BALANCED BODY YOGA
A well-rounded, hatha yoga class to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing. Special attention is placed on teaching alignment and the sequence of the postures to encourage a balanced and safe experience for all. This class offers something for everyone, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
SLOW FLOW & CORE
An energizing class composed of slow flow sequences, core-strengthening poses and Pilate’s moves, and wind-down stretches. This class will give you a whole body work out and leave you with improved circulation, strength, and mobility.
Mindfulness yoga is a gentle class that combines slow moving warm-ups, deep stretching, and restorative poses. It helps you connect with your body and breath, reduce tension, and relax. Regular practice leads to greater self-awareness and connection inside and out. Postures are suitable and adaptable for all levels.
