Learn ways in which you can regulate your nervous system using certain yoga postures, somatic sensing, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. This class helps bridge the connection between body, mind, and emotions in the healing process, and teaches you ways to improve your resiliency to stress, anxiety, and depression. Your comfort and safety are put at the forefront of this class, and many options are offered, to make it accessible to all.
You can participate in the set either in-person at the studio or through Zoom online (classes can be recorded for any missed sessions).
