Self-Care Series – Yoga for Relaxation

This series has ended, but a new 6-week Self-Care Series will start in January 2023 (Thursday evenings), dates and details to be announced.
Six classes to combat stress and help you reconnect to self-care through themes such as focus, grounding, calming, and compassion. In the classes you will experience gentle yoga movements and restorative poses combined with mindful inquiry, guided meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises). The relaxing nature of the class will help you unwind and restore and is helpful for anyone needing a break from the busy pace of life.
This series is offered both in the studio or online through Zoom.
