6 classes to combat stress and help you reconnect to self-care in both body and mind. The poses and movements are planned based on releasing postural tension and restoring greater ease of movement. Each class will include breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, and a guided meditation at the end to help you feel more centered and relaxed. This series shares ancient yoga practices which help to regulate the autonomic nervous system which can benefit you emotionally as well as physically. No yoga experience necessary – all levels are welcome to this class.
Classes are offered both in the studio or online through Zoom.
