A yoga class just for you! Private yoga lessons are ideal for the person wanting to develop a routine individualized to their needs, and without the concerns of being in a class. For example you might like to learn a yoga routine designed with a specific focus such as sport/activity performance, or you might want to learn adaptive strategies when dealing with injuries, pain, or disabilities. For people first starting out in yoga, it is sometimes helpful to attend a few private lessons to build confidence in their yoga skills before attending a group class.
Individuals, couples, or small groups can register for the one-hour appointment.
