
A yoga class just for you! Private yoga lessons are ideal for the person wanting to develop a routine individualized to their needs, and without the concerns of being in a class. For example you might like to learn a yoga routine designed with a specific focus such as sport/activity performance, somatic tension healing, or you might want to learn adaptive strategies when dealing with injuries, pain, or disabilities. For people first starting out in yoga, it is sometimes helpful to attend a few private lessons to build confidence in their yoga skills before attending a group class.
Individuals, couples, or small groups can register for the one-hour appointment.
