Counselling sessions are not covered through BC Medical Services Plan; however, individuals with extended health coverage may receive compensation for a certain amount or number of sessions. Call your personal health provider to find out about coverage options. Sessions through extended health are paid up front and reimbursed to the client by the health plan provider. A receipt will be issued and it will be up to you to submit the receipt to your insurance company.

60 Minute Individual Session $98

75 Minute Individual Session $125

Payment Options

Payments can be made in the form of cash, cheque, Interac e-transfer, or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24-Hours notice is required for canceling or changing appointments. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice or missed appointments are charged at the full-session rate.

Reduced Rates

Reduced rates are available on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire in the online intake form if you are interested in more information for your unique situation.
