I just came across an article in Yoga Journal titled Emotions in Motion which discusses yoga’s potential for integration of mind, body, and emotions. As I read further into the article, I was pleased to see it highlighted Phoenix Rising yoga therapy sessions as a way to access this integration and use the body as a source of wisdom for emotional breakthroughs and healing.
