  • 10:00 – 11:00 am = Pilates Yoga
  • 7:00 – 8:00 pm = Balanced Body Yoga

Tuesday

  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm = Back Care Yoga (pre-registration required)
    Set of 5 classes: April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
    Drop-ins welcome as space permits

Wednesday 

  • 10:00 – 11:00 am = Balanced Body Yoga
  • 3:30 – 4:30 Kids Yoga (Ages 8-12)
    A set of 6 classes April 3, 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8; pre-registration is required
  • 4:45 – 5:45 Girls Yoga (Ages 13-17)
    A set of 6 classes April 3, 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8; pre-registration is required
  • 6:30 – 7:30 pm = Yoga Flow 

Thursday

  • 7:15 – 8:15 pm = Mindfulness Yoga

Friday 

  • 9:30 – 10:30 am = Yoga Flow
  • 10:45 – 11:45 = Mindfulness Yoga
