Wednesday 

  • 10:00 – 11:00 am = Balanced Body Yoga
  • 3:30 – 4:30 Kids Yoga (school age children)
    A set of 5 classes: May 22, June 5, 12, 19, 26
    Instructor: Lisa
    Pre-registration recommended; drop-ins welcome as space permits
  • 6:30 – 7:30 pm = Yoga Flow 

Thursday

  • 7:15 – 8:15 pm = Mindfulness Yoga

Friday 

  • 9:30 – 10:30 am = Yoga Flow
  • 10:45 – 11:45 = Mindfulness Yoga

Saturday

  • 9:30 am – 12:30 pm = Befriending the Body: A Yoga Therapy Healing Group
    Dates: June 1, 8, 15, 22. Pre-registration required
