  • 10:00 – 11:00 am = Strength & Balance Yoga               
  • 11:30 – 12:30 = Individualized Session Space
    (yoga therapy or private yoga lesson)
  • 7:15 – 8:15 pm = Back Care Yoga

Tuesday

  • 7:00 – 8:00 pm = Individualized Session Space
    (yoga therapy or private yoga lesson)

Wednesday 

  • 10:00 – 11:00 am = Back Care Yoga
  • 11:30 – 12:30 pm = Individualized Session Space
  • 7:15- 8:15 pm = Flow Yoga

Thursday

  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm = Individualized Session Space
    (yoga therapy or private yoga lesson)
  • 7:15 – 8:15 pm = Mindfulness Yoga (May 25th only)
    7:15 – 8:15 pm = Specialty Classes for June – link here for details
